We are looking for a great new Membership Director. Creative. Detail-oriented. Enthusiastic. Curious. Organized. Is this you? We are a statewide professional organization dedicated to the education and professionalism of trial lawyers and the preservation and improvement of the judicial system.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee / implement total membership lifecycle (renewals, prospecting, welcoming, onboarding);
• Manage membership database with exquisite care, updating member information daily, running reports, analyzing data;
• Communicate effectively with members, judges, legislators and other constituencies;
• Staff membership committee and help direct volunteer members through critical tasks;
• Promote member involvement in the Association;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Demonstrated success in membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, achieving revenue goals, maintaining database integrity, and managing volunteers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Minimal in-state travel required (annual convention expected).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with some association management/membership database software applications is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications is expected.
