POSITION DESCRIPTION The Sr. Manager, Membership & Chapter Engagement manages the full lifecycle of membership at COMTO and supports the leadership of 40 chapters across North America. As a COMTO membership ambassador, the Sr. Manager develops and executes recruiting and retention initiatives to showcase membership benefits at all levels. In support of leadership for chapters, the Sr. Manager serves as an advisor to Chapter Presidents and executive board members of chapters with proactive outreach, tools, and best practices in operations.
