The Volunteer Engagement Manager serves to inspire through the development, coordination and management of strategies designed to recruit and retain volunteers. In addition, this position supports organizational alignment, infusion of NATA’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) commitments and fosters volunteer experiences that produce mutually beneficial personal and professional outcomes.
