THE POSITION
We are actively seeking an Administrator, Global Member Engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for supporting ISPOR’s Global Member Engagement in driving the society’s mission across our global initiatives. ISPOR member groups are comprised of nearly 200 regional and student chapters and 6 regional consortia/networks that operate in over 100 countries to advance HEOR at the local level. You will work closely with department team members to support the member groups, provide critical tools and resources, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Provide support to ISPOR Global Groups, including regional consortia, networks and committees, in their respective activities, including coordinating communications, calendar meetings, and virtual and face-to-face activities.
Engage with members and stakeholders in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas to provide resources and support and answer questions.
Serve as the Department lead for key software applications, including Asana, NetFORUM, and Open Water, and their related functions.
Coordinate the ISPOR global networks online community, maintaining engagement posts and content calendars.
Administer ISPOR global group-aligned databases/web pages and maintains files and documents.
Support the operation of ISPOR low- and middle-income country (LMIC) programs, including grants, awards, and educational programs to help improve healthcare decision-making and capacity in emerging regions.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
3+ Years of administrative office experience.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Zoom, and ability to learn new technology platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments from several staff members.
Detail-oriented, independent learner with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work with a diverse group of professionals.
High cultural sensitivity and awareness. Fluent in multiple languages a plus.
Highly organized, with good time management skills.
OUR LOCATION
ISPOR’s headquarters is in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, which is halfway between Philadelphia and New York City. Our staff works in a hybrid arrangement: onsite two designated days per week.
