The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), the leading professional association for infection preventionists, is seeking an HR Operations Manager (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits) to provide the day-to-day oversight and execution of key HR functions.

As the HR Operations Manager, you will execute key HR functions, including payroll and benefits, HR compliance, the HRIS, and a variety of special projects. You will ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ensure the data integrity of the HRIS. You will develop and maintain up-to-date departmental standard operating procedures and documentation for areas of responsibility. You will also provide enterprise-wide support for APIC and its subsidiaries as well as backup support for other HR and Facilities positions as needed. This position reports to the Associate Director of HR.
Qualified candidates offer:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field
5 years of progressive HR experience
2 years of experience administering payroll, benefits, and/or HRIS systems
Strong familiarity with UKG Ready HRIS or similar system
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
