SUMMARY Serving as the member's voice within the certification department, this role is the primary point of contact for all internal and external certification inquiries. As the primary support to the Member Engagement, Chapter, and Board Development Teams, this role supports these teams in enabling world-class member experiences and supporting product sales. Fluent in the technical and complex certification program rules and requirements, this individual can translate and convey information in plain speak, jargon-free communications to NACD members.
