Position Summary: The Programs and Chapter Specialist supports the Membership Department by facilitating effective communication, program and membership management for all membership related activities.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining regular and consistent communication with multi-state membership leaders, and responding to inquiries Developing and delivering technical training content for multi-state membership leaders. Developing engaging content for the membership e-newsletter. Monitoring and analyzing trends in membership and recommending strategies to strengthen membership programs and engagement. Working closely with marketing teams to coordinate ou
