The Director, Meetings, Events, & Convention (MEC), leads the planning, development, and execution of a portion of NECA’s meetings and events portfolio. This position plays a key strategic and operational role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and financially sound events that align with NECA’s mission and brand. The Director oversees the design and delivery of meeting logistics, housing, registration, sponsorship fulfillment, and VIP and speaker management. This position includes all aspects of the meeting, including administrative responsibilities and team mentorship. This role requires both independent leadership and strong collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.
