Duties/Responsibilities Work with the Development Committee and Executive Director to continuously enhance and implement an effective development plan and accompanying annual operating budget. Manage operational implementation of the development plan to ensure that the organization's long-term and annual development plans and strategies are being met and appropriately assessed.
