Summary of Position: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Human Resources & Office Manager serves in a dual role, managing both HR functions and daily office operations at NAMA. This position ensures the effective delivery of core HR services—including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, and performance management—while also overseeing office management activities to support a productive work environment. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, this role balances strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on operational support.
