POSITION SUMMARY The Development Manager leads the fund development activities of AIA Wisconsin, including annual partnership sales, conference exhibitor sales, and event sponsorship, and assists with giving campaigns for the Wisconsin Architects Foundation. The Development Manager may also assist with AIA Wisconsin’s member recruitment, retention, services, and benefits activities as assigned. The Development Manager cultivates and nurtures relationships with sponsors, members, individual donors, and board members, and plans, implements, and evaluates sales and fundraising strategies.
