Position Summary  The Member Engagement & Online Communities Coordinator is responsible for cultivating meaningful connections with members and amplifying their experiences, contributions, and interests through our social media and NIRSA-owned communication channels. This role will serve as a central voice for the association on social media, driving member engagement, retention, and responsiveness while ensuring alignment with our strategic framework. By highlighting the association’s value, fostering community spirit, and showcasing opportunities, this position will support key goals, advancing our mission to advocate for the advancement of recreation, sport, and wellbeing.
