Summary
Seeking a candidate with the ability to visualize systems, processes, and procedures and maintain them in frameworks that are easy for staff to access and utilize. The right candidate for this position understands the importance of consistency in operations, including how information is shared. This candidate can also support how work across the whole association aligns with its strategic priorities by tracking progress and helping to identify when course corrections are needed.
Essential Functions
Develops, maintains and updates organizational processes and procedures.
Tracks strategic plan outcomes and supports strategic plan data collection and reporting.
Collaboratively manages the introduction of new systems or processes, appropriately addressing any resistance or challenges that arise.
Executes system and contract lifecycle reviews.
Provides support to staff teams and projects related to operational excellence.
Implements work plans related to respective activities of the Organizational Performance department.

Performs other duties as assigned to foster achievement of association priorities
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in process management, business analysis, project management, or a related field.
Strong project management or business analysis skills, with proven ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
Strong computer skills required including some database knowledge.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency within the Association.
Experience in a member-oriented association preferred.
Familiarity with OKR frameworks preferred.
