Reports to: Chief Development & Innovation Officer
HRS is seeking a Senior Manager of HRX (Medical Meeting Program & Project Manager) to support the development and execution of the HRX Live annual event and the year-round innovation community, HRX Innovation Hub, content. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare/medical content development professional to oversee the planning and execution of the second largest annual event for a mission-driven organization!
As the Senior Manager of HRX, you will lead and support talented volunteer members on the HRX production team and assigned HRS staff and will drive content development. You will identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that will shape the future of cardiovascular care. This position reports to the Chief Development & Innovation Officer. This is more of a content programming and project management opportunity and less of a meeting logistics role.
Qualified candidates offer:
- 5 years of association management experience, with a focus on healthcare/medical content development, committee liaison work, and constituent engagement
- Knowledge of principles and methods for providing a comprehensive customer experience and experience in implementing effective customer service experiences
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
