Executive Assistant
Position Summary: The American Hotel & Lodging Association is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a wide variety of executive-level administrative tasks in support of the EVP, Federal and Political Affairs & Counsel, EVP, External Government Affairs & Industry Relations, and EVP, Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of three (3) members of the AHLA executive team. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the complex schedules of three EVPs, including arranging meetings, appointments, and ensuring optimal time management.
