We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in planning and executing successful events. Reporting directly to the Director of Events, the Events Manager will be responsible for front-of-house coordination, site selection, participant registration, accommodations, and overall event planning. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with strong project management skills and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in event planning and management, with a focus on front-of-house coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute comprehensive event plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and participants.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline registration, communication, and logistics.
• Budget management experience, with the ability to create and manage event budgets.
• Salesforce experience (Nimble AMS)
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes and challenges during events.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to lead and motivate event staff and volunteers.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address logistical and operational challenges.
