The Component Relations Manager serves as a strategic consultant to Shriners International’s (SI) Temples, Clubs and Units (called “components”), portfolio manager for components events/activities including project follow-up and accountability, and as the primary communication liaison between SI and internal/external components. The Component Relations Manager is responsible for developing and directing SI programming including the development of event/component framework, college fraternity recruitment program, coalition building with Masonic orgs., Imperial Session Ceremonial, and serve as a liaison to several committees connecting outcomes.
