This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work on organizational development with a new and fully remote team.  The International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to help the Executive Director lead and execute the association's data-driven growth strategy.   The Program Manager/Membership Focus is charged with growing IMTA organizational/individual memberships and expanding programs through savvy and effective acquisition and retention campaigns. This is a new position. This role will start out as a part-time contract position and with success, will lead to a full-time salary position.
