The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 and will be determined by a number of factors, such as qualifications, unique skills, and credentials or experience that is expected to impact the candidate’s contribution to the role. Position Summary The Membership Coordinator (MC) is a full-time role which provides essential support to the WTCA Member Services team, located in NYC and across the globe. The MC will support the WTCA’s membership activities and ensure member information is up-to-date and accurate across all systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual seeking experience with a global organization and a growing team. Duties and Responsibilities · Works closely with the Member Engagement Manager, Communications Manager, and regional membership teams to answer member inquiries
· Updates member data in CRM and other systems
· Provides day-to-day support, including providing access and updating resources on the members-only website
· Updates internal files, as needed
· Provides assistance with member campaigns, including the annual member information campaign, events promotion, etc.
· Assist with the annual member meeting, held in NYC
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director-Member Services
Required Skills and Experience · Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of prior non-profit experience · Proficiency with databases, such as SugarCRM or SalesForce · Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Proficient in English, additional foreign language(s) a plus · Flexible and highly organized, as well as a proven ability to multi-task and dependable follow-up and attention to detail · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of the team and organization · Able to work effectively with a diverse team and association membership
