POSITION PURPOSE Reporting to the Director, People and Culture in the People, Talent and Culture Division, this position is responsible for coordinating and/or implementing full cycle recruiting for a variety of senior level management professional, technical, and scientific positions.  This involves working with and coordinating partnerships with hiring managers and external recruiting partners to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview, select and retain top talent to meet the organization’s staffing and human capital needs.  Other aspects of the scope of this position include responsibilities for functional contributions to employee onboarding, organizing training and development activities, implementation of performance planning and evalu
