The Kentucky Chapter of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) is seeking a part-time, independent contractor as our Chapter Executive Director. The Executive Director will represent the Chapter and our member companies to the utility construction industry across the commonwealth and bring a sales-minded approach to expanding current member engagement and growing chapter membership. This position will be a part-time, monthly rate and annual bonus on member recruitment and retention performance to start, with the potential for the successful Executive Director to grow the Chapter and transition the position to full-time in the future.
