The Membership & Meetings Manager is dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with members, becoming an extension of their business, and serving as their internal UTC advocate, thereby ensuring they receive optimum value from their membership or affiliation with the Council. As such, the Membership and Meetings Manager supports the membership and meetings department in increasing acquisitions, retentions, member benefits, member engagement and satisfaction while maintaining a high level of customer service. Membership Management Support and actively contribute to an organizational culture characterized by superior member service and Assist with UTC’s membership recruitment efforts from prospecting through on-boarding to s
