About the Role
This position is remote. We are hiring a senior Business Development Representative with a proven record of selling to Associations and participating in the Association community. Experienced association professionals interested in transitioning to association software sales are welcome to apply.
You’ve been working in the Association space for more than seven years.

You are a problem solver by trade; you like to strategically break problems down and create solutions that move opportunities forward.
Passion for prospecting new business from initial outreach to negotiation.
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, tailored for the audience.
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Understand the best practices in sales pipeline building, lead scoring, and lead nurturing programs.
Introduce our services to prospective clients (marketing, IT, assessment, education) in the Association market.
Serve as a trusted advisor creating awareness and demand for our services including website development, learning management systems, assessment solutions, custom integrations, custom software development, and mobile development.
Respond to leads, engage contacts, interact on social media, and administrate email campaigns.
Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast data.
Meet quarterly qualified opportunity and sales quotas.
