The Online Education Coordinator will help coordinate the full cycle of product implementation including development, execution, and the evaluation process.

What you'll do:
Coordinate the development and implementation of new and innovative RSNA online educational content, RSNA annual meeting content, blended learning programs and other new and repurposed content.
Assist with content development and execution by working with other departments, faculty, and outside vendors.
Use predesigned production templates to enter and update educational content, including images/multi-media, formatting, and text into the RSNA LMS. Assist with the creation of production templates for new types of online courses.
Make suggestions for improving education course templates based on adult learning theory and online education best practices.
Conduct quality control tests on produced online education programs, including spelling, grammar, on-screen aesthetics, functionality, and accuracy of entered content.
Collect, organize, and track production deliverables including permission agreements, faculty disclosure information, activity specific ACCME documentation, project progress, quality control steps and release procedures.
Develop and manage detailed work plans and status reports to ensure educational programs are completed on time, delivered to high professional standards, and within budgeted/allocated resources.
Support Education Department with trouble-shooting online education functionality in response to end user inquiries, software and/or browser version updates.
Create content templates, process instructions and quality control documentation when necessary.
Answer customer service inquiries (phone calls and emails) for Online Learning Center courses.
What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years prior experience
Proficient using the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with online education, learning management systems and content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360) preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, HTML5 and responsive design preferred
Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic experience and knowledge of mobile devices, tablets, various browsers
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently
Ability to problem solve
Comfortable speaking with customers
