The Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time position as a consultant within OSBA's Board and Management Services division. The new Board and Management Services consultant’s responsibilities include working one-on-one with Ohio school board members and administrators in areas of superintendent and treasurer searches, strategic planning, in-district workshops, leadership development, board/administrator relationships and board/administrator evaluations. The successful candidate will also write and edit publication and marketing materials, produce and facilitate original presentations, workshops and training seminars; advise and consult with public school districts; and collaborate with other association staff on internal initiatives and on OS
