The IT Director’s role is to lead the technology strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering collaboration, innovation, prioritization of technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT systems across the organization. The IT Director will develop, plan, and manage IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and hands-on support for daily operational activities.  The IT Director will work with staff and stakeholders to identify technology solutions that increase the quality and sustainability of the programs and increase productivity and success of the ASNT staff.  This position will also define and implement IT policies, procedures and best practices.  The
