What you'll do:
- Provide administrative assistance to the programs department to include handling internal and external correspondence by telephone, mail and email; meeting scheduling; maintaining calendars and files; coding invoices for payment; and checking and submitting expense reports to accounting
- Provide support in scheduling meetings and conference calls and organize and distribute agenda materials to committees
- Maintain committee rosters, Speaker’s Bureau, and Volunteer Database.
- Provide administrative services including calendar management, internal and external correspondence, travel arrangements, and file maintenance for the Assistant Executive Director: Education
- Provide customer support as a first line responder via phone and email
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in working with a non-profit association and volunteers preferred
- Experience in customer service support
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills in working with highly educated individuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Ability to travel: Once a year, supports the RSNA Annual Meeting
