Facilitate overall regulatory advocacy and health policy strategy in concert with the Executive Director, President, and related volunteer committees. Provide expert guidance on physician payment and health care finance issues, working collaboratively across the organization to ensure consistency in communications, practice management content and member education. Educate committees, board, staff and other volunteers about the regulatory issues that may affect the field of pain medicine. Serve as the primary staff support for the volunteer ASRA Pain Medicine representatives to the AMA CPT and RUC (advisors).
