The Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) is looking for an experienced, ambitious, self-starter to lead the full-cycle grants process for FCNL (a 501c4) and its two 501c3 affiliated organizations (FCNL Education Fund and Friends Place on Capitol Hill) including foundation research, proposal and report writing, cultivation, grant compliance, and stewardship. More than 80% of FCNL’s budget comes from gifts from individuals, foundations, and Quaker meetings and churches. This innovator will develop strategies to identify new partnerships while sustaining existing relationships.
