The Minnesota Dental Association (MDA) is seeking a Director of Convention Operations and Meetings who will create innovative attendee experiences by managing the overall logistics for the Association’s annual tradeshow, as well as other meetings.  Primary responsibility is focused on managing and executing all aspects of the MDA’s annual convention, the Star of the North.  This convention boasts over 7,500 attendees with over 280 vendor booths.  The incumbent candidate will have experience managing, delivering, and growing a professional convention of a similar size and scope.  Duties include but are not limited to: Creating a master plan for convention logistics – event space allocation, detailed convention schedule, room sets, food and beverage,
