The Sr. Sales Executive will champion the company brand, mission, and value proposition through connecting with association executives and industry professionals. They will lead the company growth through the development of consulting, fractional sales resources, and other new lines of business. The Sr. Sales Executive will represent the company in a way that is fundamentally aligned with the company’s core values and that promotes a team culture of transparency and accountability.
KEY WEEKLY METRICS
- Create at least 5 New Opportunities
- Send out at least 2 Proposals
- Utilize proven hunting sales experience to produce a significant amount of qualified leads using various approaches
Accountable for:
- Design and implementation of strategic sales plan that maximizes company profits and keeps company innovative
- Prospecting and developing new associations leads
- Development and maintenance of detailed sales pipeline
- Cultivating lasting relationships with top tier associations
- Securing long-term client agreements
- Gathering client feedback for purposes of developing new business lines
Day to Day: Contact new association prospects, update sales pipeline, create and submit proposals, perform online/in-person presentations, attend industry/networking events, qualifying inbound leads, and share content on social media.
2022 Expected Outcomes / Scorecard KPIs
New Association Partnerships for Fractional Sales Programs– Identify and generate 6 new trade associations engagements for membership and/or sponsorship sales programs that generate at least 390k in annual sales revenue.
