AAPL is seeking a Certification Manager. The Certification Manager plans, organizes, leads, and directs the departmental operations for certification to ensure the functions are efficient and effective and that we are meeting our strategic goals. This is a salary based position.
In this role, you will be establishing and improving operations policies, procedures, analytical tools, logs and reports. You are responsible for processing RPL and CPL applications and working closely with the Certification Committee.
Requirements: We require a bachelor’s degree preferably business, marketing, education, or related field and at least three years of experience in administering certification programs. Efficiently and effectively use technology to enhance service activities. Exercise good business judgement in making decisions with the long-term interest of the association in mind. Strong project management skills and deal effectively with time pressure, stress, and rapid change. Some business travel (up to 5-10%) is necessary and you must be able to lift 25 pounds.
