The program administrator role requires a confident, inspiring individual to support the Pa CPA Foundation mission, team, programs, and activities. Using a combination of administrative and interpersonal skills, the program administrator will plan and execute student, educator, and Future CPA events and programs, serve as staff liaison to the chapter Schools and Colleges committees, as well as assist with Foundation donor development and stewardship. The ideal candidate will have meeting planning experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented attitude. The level of travel varies throughout the year, primarily September – November.

Planning and execution of Foundation in person and virtual events: working with relevant committees, speaker and volunteer coordination, logistics planning, and onsite registration

Serve as staff liaison to various committees: coordinating meetings, assist with the development of programs and events, coordinate speakers for presentations as needed

Provide administrative support for a variety of student engagement programs

Provide administrative support for fundraising and development, including donor research, documentation, sponsor communication, and web updates

Work with the Foundation leadership and other PICPA teams to assist with the execution of programs and activities

Contribute to the development and assessment of overall strategies to disseminate information on the accounting profession and CPA credential as a career choice

Assist with enhancing external relationships with schools, educators, student organizations, sponsors, donors and PICPA volunteers to support the mission of the Foundation

Travel within PA to activities and events

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
