What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for managing RSNA's CME compliance activities and assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and services that are consistent with best practices in adult and distance learning.

What you'll do:
- Work with staff to coordinate and implement CME compliance and documentation processes for all CME approved activities.
- Administer the CME, ARRT, and CAMPEP certification process for all CME/CE activities.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in the development and maintenance of the systems used to administer CME and CE credit.
- Train, supervise and mentor one CME Coordinator to ensure compliance for CME/CE/MOC activities
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Content Delivery and Assistant Director, Education Development to identify potential modifications and additions to RSNA programs, products, and services based on the results of course evaluations, needs assessment surveys, and best practices in the adult and medical education literature and manages the review and implementation of approved modifications.
- Work with RSNA staff to ensure and document compliance with the ACCME and AMA criteria for CME activities. Maintains ACCME activity files for all CME activities.
- Assist the Assistant Director, Education Development in providing staff support to volunteer committees, task forces and ad hoc groups.
- Prepare analytics reports for CME and CE as directed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the society's CME repository.
- Contribute to the development of policies for ACCME compliance.
- Support the society's ACCME reaccreditation process.
- In conjunction with the Assistant Director, Education Development, manages the data and reporting requirements for the PARS reporting system.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in a health-related organization, including distance education
- Working knowledge of the AMA Physicians Recognition Award and credit system
- Past working experience with ACCME requirements and the accreditation self-study process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in searching online literature databases
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in and comfort with team-oriented approach to project management
- Willingness to work offsite and occasional weekends
- Occasional travel required
