NAPEO's Member Services Coordinator provides essential customer service to members and prospects, promotes the value of NAPEO membership, helps deliver valued member services, and supports our Board and committee operations. We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid customer service philosophy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills (including a sense of humor)! A willingness to serve the larger mission and pitch in where needed. Occasional travel required to fun places. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with association membership databases a plus. One to three years’ work experience ideally in an association setting. Must be good with sitting still for computer work, moving around frequently while on-site at events and, on occasion, moving conference materials and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
