The Senior Coordinator, Education Programs will support the Educational Programs teams in their efforts to offer in-person programs, meet revenue goals to support CASE, engage 8000+ members and steward 700+ volunteers each year. The person in this role is responsible for coordinating the development of several programs working with internal stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The core functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Program/Project Management Speaker Management
- Serves as the project coordinator for several assigned conferences/programs annually designed by internal stakeholders.
- Works in tandem with the volunteer conference chairs and committees in the development of each program’s content. Provides leadership in designing the program structure and identifying and creating value added components to programs.
- Manages the production and distribution of all conference materials and related learning materials from volunteers and appropriate CASE departments for each assigned conference.
- Submits appropriate copy for promotions in accordance with production timelines and assists the Marketing staff in identifying and defining essential marketing strategies for each conference.
- Manages speaker management and provides timely and meaningful program feedback to volunteers and CASE staff.
- Exhibits a high level of interpersonal skills and professionalism, serving as an ambassador for the organization and representing CASE Headquarters
- Excels in relationship management, identifies, recruits, supervises and stewards 100+ faculty and volunteers throughout the year, including CASE Trustees and Commissioners
- As part of a global professional family of program managers, engages in group work to enhance CASE’s educational offerings around the world
Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources
- Assists in the development of budgets for for each assigned conference (portfolio).
- Demonstrates sound fiscal judgment in the utilization of all CASE resources.
Image Responsibilities
- In keeping with the CASE Values Statement, ensures that CASE is well represented by exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics, in all activities, services, and products.
Liaison Responsibilities
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership/management, cooperatively and supportively, while working with all volunteers across all levels in the membership.
- Represents CASE in a respectable and professional manner as required with the Commissions, district leadership and other respective senior volunteer segments.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
CASE COVID vaccination policy: Safety of our staff, visitors and members is our priority. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree: 3-5 years’ work experience in volunteer management, conference content design, association education, or an equivalent combinations of relevant experience and education/training required.

- Must have technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as various software systems and products, including association management systems, online event platforms, speaker management systems, and learning management systems.
- Aptitude for working with and managing significant budgets while being extremely attentive to the details of program management.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- A pro-active and can-do attitude, even when working under pressure and with all levels of staff.
