What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional to perform a variety of detailed administration tasks, including data entry and processing payments. The Customer Information Management Specialist will provide data entry services for various projects ensuring the integrity of our AMS records, and strive for accuracy and efficiency in the management of information.

What you'll do:
Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the database records (conformity with RSNA Data Entry Standards) via entry of new customer records, updating and formatting name, address, contact information and financial disclosure statements on existing records, and identifying and reducing duplicate records in Personify
Process cash receipts including membership dues and journals, subscriptions, R&E contributions, technical exhibits, advertising, course and various meeting registrations, and all other miscellaneous receivables as directed
Enter membership applications into Personify as directed and process attached payments
Enter orders including meeting registrations, membership dues and journals, R&E contributions, and all other miscellaneous charges as directed
Maintain committee data including membership, nominations, positions, activity, and events
Scan and index documents for digital storage, ensuring document integrity
Provide customer support to all inquiries from members, subscribers, meeting registrants, and non-members via phone calls, voicemail and email, keeping within the 24-hour guideline
Enter data from various survey and program evaluation projects
On-site participation at the RSNA Annual Meeting
