NRCA and its foundation, the Roofing Alliance, are seeking a manager who is energetic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and creative to assist and manage a variety of Roofing Alliance and meeting services duties. This person must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while also will providing key support to the Executive Director, Director of Meeting Services, and the Roofing Alliance Board of Trustees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the Roofing Alliance’s MVP Program
Oversees the Roofing Alliance’s Gold Circle Awards Program
Oversees the Roofing Alliance’s social media efforts in collaboration with NRCA staff specialists
Responsible for monitoring and suggesting updates to the Roofing Alliance website
Assists with the Roofing Alliance’s Student Competition
Assists with ongoing work related to the Roofing Alliance’s philanthropic initiatives, including Ronald McDonald House Charities initiative and its database
Serves as a co-staff liaison in support of multiple Roofing Alliance committees and task forces, including meeting minute reports and follow-up
Roofing Alliance administrative duties, including, but not limited to:
Sending out monthly Roofing Alliance member invoices
Processing new Roofing Alliance members
Assists with work related to NRCA’s Midyear Meetings, NRCA’s Fall Meetings and the International Roofing Expo
Meeting Services administrative duties including, but not limited to:
Responsibility for meeting notice materials, mailings and helping members register for the events
Responsibility for onsite registration materials (badges, tent cards, etc.), preparing meeting notebooks, including copying, collating, and shipping
Assisting with meeting research, as needed for restaurants, golf, group activities, etc.
Assisting with making travel and accommodations
Assisting with department programs, answering inquiries and sending out information, as needed
Other duties as assigned in response to a rapidly evolving environment.
