Position Summary: Manages the certification programs from start to end for both the GMS and CRP; this includes managing a certification review board each year to update content and questions. Must stay abreast of changes in the certification environment and also lead new initiatives for certifications as they arise. Supports the Learning Lead on research for new courses that support the certification programs, including management of SMEs and vendors for course fulfillment. Supports Events Lead on content and production of webinars, virtual and in-person events, including content planning task force.

Leads the management and evolution of the certification programs, including new programs as the industry evolves.
Manages processes and vendors that include job task analyses and question review to be sure certifications are relevant and modern.
Assists in all aspects of CRP® exam program, including serving as primary staff liaison to the CRP® Certification Review Board and managing the activities of external testing consultant to ensure valid, legally defensible examination. This may be extended to support other programs as well.
Handles CRP® and GMS recertification campaigns, ensuring that customers have abundant opportunities to earn the necessary continuing education credits by reviewing and approving external courses, Worldwide ERC® events and Webinars and conducting ongoing communication with designees.
Responsible for working with Marketing to drive product sales and new business development.
Acts as primary customer service point of contact for GMS® and CRP® designees and candidates, clarifying requirements to earn and recertify each designation, researching customer accounts, and providing technical support for online courses and examinations
Coordinates production of education materials.
Provides support in development and delivery of online and live educational programs live and online programs
Responds to customer inquiries about education events and certification. Liaises with operations department to resolve customer service and payment issues
Conducts online research in support of new products and ongoing programs
Coordinates mass communications to customers through e-blasts, postal mailings, and other media throughout the year
Updates website as needed
