The Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) is an industry-leading organization comprised of 2,000 professionals who focus on the business of radiology. RBMA members support diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology and radiation oncology providers in the full spectrum of practice settings. RBMA connects members nationwide to valuable information, education and practice-related resources and serves as an authoritative industry voice on behalf of shared member interests.
The Education Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the education department with the development, implementation and management of RBMA’s initiatives, strategic goals and objectives.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participates in all aspects of the RBMA education webinar programs and conferences.
Coordinates all activities related to the RBMA’s learning management system (Digitec KD7).
Oversees education content on the RBMA website and works with the communications and marketing manager to ensure consistency based on content protocols.
Coordinates speaker activities for all RBMA in-person conferences from implementation to onsite execution.
Creates all post-surveys to collect data for all educational programmings.
Coordinates continuing education processes including submitting the application, tracking the approval, responding to participants’ requests and disseminating CE certificates.
Draft education promotional articles for the weekly RadCast newsletter.
Actively participate in planning and executing in-person, online (webinars), and other live online events.
Provide technical support to on-demand course registrants, including assisting members with the purchase of education courses through the iMIS registration member management system.
Lead the production of webinars in the Zoom platform, as well as coordinating the overall flow of the presentation.
Coordinate the call for proposals and speaker management process for the RBMA PaRADigm conferences.
Work collaboratively with the communication and marketing manager to effectively market the educational program through the weekly newsletter (RadCast) and Informz (e-communication tool).
Track and create reports and summarize data related to RBMA’s education programs.
Prepares all onsite education-related materials including but not limited to PPT slides, attendees’ continuing education form, and updated speaker information to upload to the Attendee site and conference App as requested by the Meeting and Marketing team’s deadlines.
Develop post-survey to attendees, then compile and disseminate to speakers and committee members.
Maintain the calendar for all regular and sponsored webinars to ensure timely submission of content.
Coordinate the webinar process including but not limited to registration development, website content reviewed, follow-up with speakers, content materials reviewed, and after the event archived on time.
Build familiarity with the Learning Management System and maintain the content created. Prepare regular reports to highlight incoming/graduating participants.
Maintain all educational products within the RBMA online store, working with the Director of Education to develop a sunset policy to keep content and offerings fresh.
Coordinate the continuing education unit (AAPC, ACHE, Cat A/ASRT, NASBA, RCCB, RBMA) process to ensure all documents are properly submitted, approval received and the appropriate credit hours are noted on the website.
Maintain the speaker database shared with the RBMA Chapter leaders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required.
2-4 years of education experience preferred, especially with nonprofit organizations.
Experience working from home productively and effectively.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette are essential.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong knowledge of the Zoom platform.
Possess a positive, team-player attitude.
Experience using iMIS, Digitec, Google tools, and SurveyMonkey; a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare (i.e., radiology); a plus.
Designated in-home workspace. Individuals may be called upon to lift boxes to 25 lbs in weight. Some travel within the United States is required.
