Position Summary: Worldwide ERC® is looking for a Product Support Specialist to support our product team in responding to customer inquiries related to the products and services. This person will resolve basic questions about all products, assist with logins and maintain accurate data records. This role will assist with the day-to-day activities of the product department, which covers our certification and learning programs. Our ideal candidate can complete data entry, work with the product team and our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and trustworthy. We do expect you to have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Essential Functions: The qualified candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation.
Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail or phone with limited to no supervision after training to support our certification and learning programs.
Data base entry and updates in multiple databases. Will need to learn databases to become fluent and able to use them independently.
Administrative duties to support senior leadership.
Assists with office projects and tasks as needed.
Manage multiple timelines and multi-tasking.
Other duties as assigned.

Organized and structured approach to work and planning tasks.
High School Diploma with work experience?) Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with an ethnically, culturally and racially diverse work staff preferred; ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required.
