Lead and grow a dynamic team of professional staff to ensure operational needs are met, capacity is effectively allocated, and team members are engaged, and growing.

Ensure marketing and communication efforts are data-and-research-driven that produce measurable results.
Lead designation promotion, PR, communications, member value and renewal efforts in support of the strategic and financial goals of the organization.
Ensure an effective, comprehensive, and measurable digital content strategy including the organization’s website, email marketing, and social media presence.
Support chapters with relevant and effective marketing and communication tools and advice.
Serve as an innovator and change agent for the organization, including identifying areas for targeted strategic investment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
