Professional manages seating for the administration of worldwide computer-based testing (CBT) certification examinations; manages certification related technology and data; interprets policies and operating practices and assists carrying out the operations, ensuring accurate examination candidate seating. Professional also provides support in the development of new credentialing programs, inclusive of the implementation of a recertification self-assessment tool.
Implement and track project management plan for testing vendor to administer worldwide certification examinations at test centers, as well as possibly in live remote proctoring (as determined for future use).
Manage examination scheduling and administration with testing vendor and IBLCE team, serving as liaison to testing vendor to ensure accuracy and timeliness in seating examination candidates.
Manage examination requests related to accommodations, as well as facilitate the implementation of these with the testing vendor in alignment with procedures.
Work in conjunction with staff and the online application system vendor to ensure that data about examination candidates is accurately reflected with the testing vendor.
Communicate with candidates, as necessary, about examination scheduling and other related questions.
Keep up-to-date examination documents and ensure documents are translated if necessary, inclusive of information on the testing vendor’s website.
Produce testing vendor reports and conduct quality assurance checks on examination candidate applications and seating authorizations.
Prepare and send worldwide examination authorization communications to candidates in various languages as needed.
Manage related technology and data that assist with certification program activities to ensure accuracy and meeting established timelines, to include data and report creation and quality assurance measures.
Manage the education provider recognition program according to policy, overseeing the application process for the Short-Term Providers (STP) and the Long-Term Provider (LTP) program.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of the use of a self-assessment tool for recertification, as well as assist with other credentialing programs as determined.
As needed, provide professional, helpful and knowledgeable, expert and courteous customer service and assistance to candidates regarding the credentialing management system including the online application system.
Qualifications
College degree or 5-7 years nonprofit or equivalent experience.
Previous management experience in non-profits and/or credentialing programs preferred.
Experience with computer-based testing administration and seating preferred.
Demonstration of project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Solid email management and internet search skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in data and report creation using Excel.
Demonstration of data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Displays professionalism, quality customer service skills and proven, tactful ability to work with individuals from broad geographical and cultural backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
