We are looking for someone who: - has 5 years of association management experience.
- possesses a progressive mind-set with the ability to move the association forward.
- is a generalist with skills in all key competencies of the association, including financial management, communications and marketing skills, planning, human resources experience, organizational , and public speaking skills.
- knows how to effectively work with volunteers with a keen sense of when to lead and when to implement.
- has a proven track record of managing people, developing high-performance teams, managing budgets, and achieving goals.
- is a good relationship builder and team player.
- displays high ethical standards and strong character traits that includes thinks strategically, is self-directed, adaptable, takes initiative, and possesses strong emotional intelligence .
- has a college degree and holds an RCE or CAE designation (both strongly preferred).
