The Developer & IT Support Specialist is responsible for oversight of G3ict internal and external IT needs. The position is tasked with working with external IT vendors on current and new product and service offerings. The position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of internal policy and procedures related to the organization's IT infrastructure. As a support specialist, the role will involve training staff on applications and G3ict IT protocols.
The successful candidate will have at least three years of IT experience for small or medium-sized organizations, have a track record of working in a team environment. Candidate must have the knowledge or technical skills to support: Microsoft AZURE, Office 365, WordPress, and Drupal. Additional knowledge of PHP and MySQL is a plus. G3ict uses Salesforce. The candidate should have knowledge on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
