The Senior Coordinator, Business Strategies provides operational and management support to the Vice President, Business Strategies and team in orchestration of ongoing programs, special projects, and meetings/conferences. This role also interacts with important external stakeholders to ensure logistical implementation of projects and meetings.
More specifically, key responsibilities include:
Maximizes outreach and sponsorship procurement to support new revenue streams and financial goals
Creates letters of request, sponsorship agreements, statements of work, and independent contractor agreements for the Business Strategies Department
Assists with proposal development and AMCP’s negotiations of contracts with outside vendor and contractors
Manages sponsorship agreement processing and invoicing, including sponsor tracking and follow-through on contractual stipulations and grant requests
Tracks actuals and budgeted goals for all Business Strategies programs on a weekly basis, including sales leads and pipeline reports
Coordinates with the Membership and Meetings Department on member engagement, partnership opportunities and sponsorship outreach
Coordinates with the Brand and Marketing Communications Department on marketing materials and messaging for Business Strategies programs
Assists with scheduling, meeting logistics and follow-up as needed
Supports the execution and management of Business Strategies programs and special projects, including Corporate Training programs, Market Insights programs, Market Insights Survey program, PIE Webinar program, Partnership Forums, Advertising, and other new projects.
Manages logistical operations based on master timeline of project deliverables, including meeting logistics, registration information, marketing/telemarketing, and contractor management and deliverables
Participates on recurring status calls with contractors and staff to provide timely metrics, feedback, support, and move projects forward
Communicates pre-meeting and onsite logistics with faculty and attendees; Creates faculty standard release forms
Executes the closing out of programs, including faculty and attendee communications, financial reconciliation, invoice processing and coding, and survey development and execution
Executes the Market Insights Survey Program
Manages AMCP website content updates as it relates to Business Strategies (amcp.org and amcpcorporatetraining.org)
Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside organizations to answer questions regarding Business Strategies activities
Establish effective interdepartmental coordination and operational improvements to increase efficiency/collaboration
Compile & analyze project data to anticipate and plan for future programs as assigned
