Job Description The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) seeks a policy coordinator to support the association with various policy-related committees and provide leadership of the Association’s monthly publication, “Boundaries” and other policy related documents through research and content development.
About You You must be focused on servant leadership and will have experience conducting policy and legal research by translating complex ideas and communicating them simply and effectively. You also likely have five to ten years of relevant experience and a track record of successfully producing research and content in an association or public sector environment. It’s best if you have a deep understanding of professional licensing and real estate regulatory issues. If you think you have something that’s equivalent then let us know. You must view new ideas as an exciting challenge. You MUST be flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be comfortable moving between research, writing, outreach, Zooming, travel, and meeting new people.
