Membership Database Coordinator This staff person is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall integrity of the iMis membership database (desktop version and RISE) and coordinating with outside IT consultants regarding iMis and the association website. The ideal candidate is a team player and detailed oriented.
Primary responsibilities include: • Process new member applications and ensure records are accurately entered. • Regularly audit the database to ensure records are up-to-date and eliminate duplicate records. • Help members reset their website usernames and passwords. • Work with the Membership and Marketing Director to create automated emails for new NABL members and handle the annual membership renewal process. • Develop membership IQA reports for internal and external purposes. • Develop report formats and protocols for the RISE staff site. • Create CLE Online certificates through iMis Rise for educational programs. • Provide ideas and strategies to enhance the iMis membership engagement module. • Provide membership data information for board reports throughout the year and the annual report. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all database activities
3-5 years experience working with iMis 20, both the desktop version and RISE.
Experience creating IQA's
Proficient understanding of HTML and SQL servers
Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft software including Word and Excel
