The Executive Director is responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and management of all aspects of the association. Key duties include the development, maintenance, and growth of all membership categories, events, and industry trainings, and solicits all sponsorships to support the funding needs of the association. The Executive Director must be committed to providing value to ISFA members in the following ways:
Promoting members and the products and services they offer.
Providing education and networking opportunities to members.
Improving the industry through standards, professionalism and honesty.
Connecting Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Distributors to the ISFA Fabricator network for mutual benefit.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop, Administer and/or Oversee all ISFA Programs in a sustainable and profitable manner.
Membership growth and retention
Member benefits/discount programs
On-site and On-Demand Trainings
ISFA Events including Roundtables, Gen2, Annual Conference, Symposiums, trips abroad, etc.
ISFA Educational programs including webinars, trainings, and Million $ Mentorship
ISFA Electronic Media and Communications (Includes all Digital Marketing)
CEU Programs (AIA accreditation and tracking/monitoring of all credits)
Mike Nolan Scholarship Program

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MSOffice
Proficiency in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications
Excellent Interpersonal Skills – written and verbal
Minimum 5 Years Supervision Experience
Minimum 5 Years in Building Materials Industry
Minimum 2 years P&L Responsibility
Marketing, Sales, Negotiation Experience, Knowledge of Countertop Fabrication Businesses
Additional Salary Information: Negotiable
