The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), one of the nation’s largest and most dynamic nonprofit organizations, is currently searching for an operations support manager responsible for the day-to-day management of our continuing education operations, serving as the LMS administrator, business manager, and integral member of the Continuing Education Division’s management team with liaison responsibilities with many divisions across the organization.
Major responsibilities include:
Oversight/maintenance of database (Personify) and LMS (CrowdWisdom) for Continuing Education products
Setting up and entering product lines into database and LMS
Liaising with customer service to solve issues, coordinate registration, communicate updates and changes
Maintaining contracts and standard operating procedures
Reviewing, approving, and routing invoices
Producing financial reports, payment summaries, aging reports, and other budget critical information
Managing seminar and external vendor logistics
Reviewing and updating collateral and web pages as needed
Serving as project lead for RFPs, upgrades to database and LMS, and IACET reaccreditation
The ideal candidate will have:
4-year college degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in day-to-day administrative functions related to continuing education and/or learning management systems and databases
Outstanding time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Thorough proficiency with MS Office, database applications, and web-based programs
Experience in sales and customer service a big plus!
